Fitness Coaching is designed to remove the confusion and uncertainty that often stops people from getting started. No more second guessing your form or wasting time on random workouts. We focus on simple, effective programming that helps you build strength, improve your fitness and finally feel confident in the gym.

Inclusions

  • A 1:1 video call to get to know you — your goals, gym experience, lifestyle, and any past injuries or hesitations — so I can build a plan that meets you exactly where you’re at.

  • A structured, easy-to-follow training plan designed around your goals, schedule, and experience level. You’ll know exactly what to do in the gym, with guidance on form, reps, sets, and progressions — no guesswork.

  • Simple, supportive advice to help you build healthy, sustainable habits around food. Learn how to fuel your training, support your goals, and feel good in your body.

  • A short weekly check-in form to track progress, reflect on your week, and highlight any wins, challenges, or questions. This helps me tailor your plan and keep you progressing with clarity and confidence.

  • Every two weeks, we’ll jump on a coaching call to check in on how things are going — from mindset to movement. These calls are a space for support, education, and making sure you feel confident and in control.

  • You’ll have direct access to me via messaging for feedback, questions, or support between check-ins — so you’re never left second-guessing your training.
